ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL AND USUALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPPING. YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 72 HOURS AND SHIPPED MONDAY - FRIDAY.  YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. 

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES WHICH ARE SHIPPED TO UNSAFE DESTINATIONS OR FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED  AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND  YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL  ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. 
IF YOU ARE  APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND A CREDIT  WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE.  

PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL IF ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT WITH OUR DISCRETION. A PHOTO OF DAMAGES OR RETURN OF THE ITEM MAY BE REQUESTED.
